My spouse (Australian citizen) is flying to Canada as a visitor soon. We plan on applying for an inland application while shes here as a visitor.

What does she need to bring with her for the inland permanent residence application? I know for outland you have to to do medical checkup and stuff, but I assume inland she will be doing that here?

Police clearance maybe? What else?

And do they have to be Original copies/photocopies? Do they have to be certified somehow if photocopied?

Also another question, when she applies inland, does this mean she can live with me in Canada until shes approved?

Don't make the mistake of applying inland. Sydney is a very fast office and if you apply soon, she would very likely be a PR by the end of this year. She can be in Canada as a visitor throughout the outland process.

Medical Examination can be done anywhere. Must be an authorized Panel Phsycian.
Police reports must be original. No Photocopies.
Whether you apply INLAND or OUTLAND, She can live with you in both scenarios.

If you apply INLAND she must remain in Canada until the application is finalized. Processing time for INLAND applications is 2+ years. She may be able to apply for OWP. If OWP is approved she will be able to work.

If you apply OUTLAND she can stay with you as a Visitor. There is no restriction on travelling outside Canada. OUTLAND is quicker and recommended.
