So becuase of libya case they can't expect the result date of the BG check that's y they gave it another 10 to 12 months to reopen ur file but if they get the result sooner they will ask for med

Do u mean that BG checks would last for two years?Why! They should put a deadline for any BG checks.If I reach the deadline ,I should get my MR. Its not as the VO wants imagine! Every time he opens my file and couldnt find any reply from libya,he extends the period.
Imagine that on Agu2012 ;he couldnt find any reply from Libya ! What would he do! He would extend the reopn time for one year more! Im not from Libya ! I studied there! Simply, The Vo can put one year as maximum period not infinity one!

I got my PCC that would help them and I sent it. Im sure they will not receive anything from Libya (unsettle place)
