Homesoon...paper decision, also know as paperscreening decision is the first "decision" step. Basically your application and the documents are reviewed for completeness and authenticity. At this point one of three things will occur, a pass would generally mean an interview may be waived, fail and the application would be refused and if more info needed it would either be requested oran interview scheduled. Once paper decision selection is complete, a filemoved onto the background check.

Just wondering where this came from...do you have your CAIPS and are trying to read them? I could walk you thru what I know over the phone???
