What does "On-Hold" mean? Been searching for ages...

Hi guys,

Submitted my IEC work permit about a month ago. All documents in, they said I didn't need a medical and no additional documents.

I just checked my application and it tells me that I'm "On Hold".

Now I've gone searching through the net but can't seem to find a straightforward answer to what that means.

Does anyone know and if so, is my application in trouble? Or is this part of the process?
