what does mean by diploma or certificate

in express entry when ask for level of education there is option for "two or more certificates,diplomas or degree
CIC mentioned

But, if you have more than one degree or diploma (if the highest is at least at a bachelor’s level), you will get more points than a single bachelor’s degree.

For example, you hold

• a Bachelor’s degree and a diploma or certificate or
• two Bachelor’s degrees

here what does mean by Diploma or certificate please little bit clarify it
does it mean by [Diploma term] refer to one extra diploma same as that diploma(usually 12 years) before starting university ? if someone take 1 another Diploma can get points of "Two or more certificate"

and which types of certificate can be given ? certificate should be issued just and only from university or college , or can be valid from higher education in format of 400 hours and approved by science ministry of country

and one question more please: should this Diploma consider specific time for example minimum 1 year or 2 year or can be any period of time ?

thanks sir still i'm confused really can't any idea bring up for me
can you please just give an example which course? can you just say something related to computer?as i've understood does not need to be relevant to your bachelor
and what does that diploma means?secondary diploma can be accepted ? or i mistake about Nominal similarity
