What does "Kit, Application forms (required)" mean?

Did anyone find what Item: Kit, Application Forms mean? I just got my notes and I also have the exact same thing and my application is already approved. So confused here.

hey guys, can anybody update us about this weird section in gcms note says: "kit, Application forms" while I have not ever received any request on this title?
and my notes shows everything is waiting on RC-6262 desk for almost 4 months to check...

Hi buddy. Did you understand what kit, application forms mean??? I have a request from IRCC and need to fill this out within 6 days.
IRCC's request is as follows: "Kit, Application forms: Application guide and forms sent to applicants PhD kit."

I just got a ppr request and submitted by passport today but in my document section
A new file is created called kit application form.
I dont know whats it mean kindly guide me as i have only two days to submit this form

Hi, could u pls tell me what "Kit, application forms" means? I can see that in my GCMS notes the same has been requested for under Outgoing and Incoming Correspondence. However, I haven't received any such request yet. Grateful for any help in understanding this. Thanks.

hello. did you find a way around this? my adr also states same and im cofused
