What does it means "DECISION MADE" in my Permanent Residence Application Status

I had an inland application, i was being sponsored
Got DM on my ecas on 24th April
Called cic helpline number they said wait for the next email
On 9th may i got an email stating Attached please find your invitation letter for finalization of your permanent residence at IRCC Hamilton .

Invitation letter had my appointment for hamilton office for today 27th may at 10:30am

I reached there by 10, the hall was full with around 20+ people, all had 10:30 appointment

At 10:30 a lady greeted everyone and told to have our passport/pics & proof of payment ready.
I was the 4th person to be called.so u just go the window they verify the details and address
They ask if u were convicted or had any issues with the police
Were u at any time asked to leave canada

Then she congratulated me on becoming a permanent resident. That was the best feeling.

She told the card shall be mailed in 2-4weeks

Finally its over for me

Then I call to find out but office was closed but system told me
Medical received and passed
No interview needed
No fingerprints needed
Eligibility and background checking

How long it will take to get the updates or email or letter

Please help me when you get the PPR email after got DM information?

Acutally on my personal link the status is under processing but when I checked status through oher the DM message has shown.

MPNP Outland
AR - Jan 4, 2018
AOR - Feb 15, 2018
MR - Apr 5, 2019
MP - Apr 28, 2019
DM in ECAS - not sure exact date, likely on or before May 10, 2019
Still awaiting PPR

Everyone I see (even in our WhatsApp groups) receive their PPRs in 2-4 weeks after MP/DM. Mine is already ~2 months passed. I only have remaining 32 days in my GCKEY progress bar (SLA end date).

Your medical passed Apr 28 2018 that means it's expired only valid for 1 year. Did they request to redo medical again?

No, my MR and MP dates are both 2019 (not 2018).

Congrats!! How long were you at the IRCC for? And, do you recall what kind of details they asked? And for the address is that the mailing address? I recently changed my address so I am a bit concerned if I provided the wrong address or something... appreciated your response in advance.
