hi - quick question for clarification:

as I read through the forms to complete, I notice that several times it says "every one of your family members" and I'm not clear on who that is exactly.

For example, Police Certificates - it says "Police certificates or clearances from each country in which you and every one in your family aged 18 years or over have resided...."

Does this mean only the family members immigrating to Canada? The sponsor too? (in this case I'm sponsoring my husband only - no one else)

or does this mean everyone in his immediate family like brothers, sisters, parents, etc. even though they are not leaving their country and not immigrating?

thanks for any help!

during this whole process, your 'family' is your husband/wife and kids.

brother/sister/mother/father/cousins etc are not faimly in this case.
