In our Spousal Application Status, on the CIC website, they have written this:-

That they have sent us a mail and we have to wait but can anyone assist us what are the contents of the letter should be?
We have already submitted the Biometrics and Medical and the Application Status is showing that they have received the medical.
We really appreciate this.

I see the same thing today. What is it about? Do they send any letter to the applicant or the sponsor?

since I got the same email 2weeks after that I got a call from iom and they gave my medical appointment. I have done my medical 2 days ago.

I got medical instructions on 6th of April and done my biometric and medical on 8th and 11th. The problem is we applied through representative and they couldn't get into the Gckey.

About GCkey I really have no idea, but imo you can use webform and write down your problem for them maybe it will works.
