what does it mean if money deduct from a/c?

I have already sent my initial application to NS sydney in canada... what should i understand if my money will deduct from my a/c?
Does it mean that our application is accepted for the further process??

NO...actually one of my friend had deduct money from his account..and my application was reached at 2 JUNE 2010. So just qurious...abt the process.... I hope my money will deduct soon....let's see......
