What does it mean if Background Check changed from Not Started to Not needed?

Hello Everybody

IS there any significance for changing the Background Check on my Application from Not Started to Not needed at this time? This happened last Wednesday 19/10/2016.

Kindly find my timeline below:

NOC: 2174
- 5 Jan 2016: ٍSaskatchewan PNP Application submitted
- 15 Apr 2016: Status Change (in process)
- 29 Apr 2016: Status (Waiting on Applicant / Documents requested)
- 27 May 2016: Documents Submitted
- 27 May 2016: Status (in process)
- 13 Jul 2016: Funds converted
- 15 Jul 2016: Application Nominated SINP
- 10 Aug 2016: ITA
- 4 Sep 2016: AoR
- 5 Sep 2016: Medical Passed
- 19 Oct 2016: Background Check changed from Not Started to Not needed this time!

Hi,

Your file is probably transfered to the local VO, in your case I guess London.

If you are lucky enough you will receive ppr in less than a month.

Really? Is that what it means? Yeah I hope it's done within a month. 3 of my friends received their PPR from London Visa Office in about 25 days!

London Vo is very fast when everything is ok.

I got my first ppr ( passport, eyes color and height to be uploaded) one week after Bg change from not started to not needed.

and then an other week for the final ppr.
