I am creating EE profile i am currently working in Canada full time so do I need to select yes for question Does xxx have a job offer in Canada? but there is another question How many employers made this job offer? how do I know, please help

Unless you have an LMIA, you select no there

If your employer is willing to offer you a permanent position if you receive PR then you select yes, if you have an LMIA you say yes, if not you select no.

It's perfectly valid to have a job offer and no LMIA, you just won't receive the additional 600 points for it.
