What does ECAS (3 lines) mean?

I am wondering which section is ECAS? The text boxes on the top or letters sent by CIC at the bottom? Thanks a lot!

it is a separate system from MyCIC. google 'e-CAS' and input your Name, date and place of birth and UCI number. It is another way of checking the status of your application
