what does 'Decision Made' mean at CIC online service

Hi somebody,
I read through this thread but my own case shows decision made on both the sponsor and applicant section.
Can someone say what it means and when will i likely get passport request if its positive?

For my hubby's application, after 3 days of seeing the DM on both side, he got his PPR.

Samola10 please keep us posted!! My status and my husband's status just went to "decision made" this weekend! Eager to have someone else's experience. Hoping it's positive but no idea!

Hubby had his interview yesterday! (Feb 3/17) and while checking the update on the timeline, I noticed it already says "decision made" on his side!

I totally didn't expect to see anything at all, never mind the next day!

he feels the interview did not go well and they told him he'll hear in one week...

I am going to be sick.....

02/06/17:
I just checked the site but using my husband's information...
IT says: "We sent you correspondence on February 3, 2017 about the decision on your application".
But i have not received anything

How long do i wait until i contact them???

My spam box is empty and I manually delete it
My trash box is empty and I manually delete it.

I have been getting their emails with no issues this far and now there is nothing when it says they have sent one.

I am listed as his "rep" and only my email is listed.
