what does Decision made in this stage mean?

Hello,

I have applied in July 2007 from Dubai (London Office), then all doc. Are requested May 2009 and furnish to my consultant Aug 2009, however, we have received our medical forms and submitted in March 2010, PPR received and passports submitted in June 2010, Just yesterday the status has been changed to (Decision made).

My question is, what possible could this means?
