At last my status changed today to Decision Made. It has been a little over two months since we had a CJ hearing, and 4 years since we applied for citizenship. My children status still shows " in process" although we are all under the same application
Does this call for celebration or ....
Thank you

It means a decision has been made. In routine cases, it generally means approval, but that is not necessarily the case if you had to go to CJ.

I concur in the observation by links18, but given this is a case involving a CJ hearing, I would emphasize that there are way too few reports by applicants at this stage to draw any inferences one way or the other.

That said, since the CJ must notify the applicant directly if approval is denied, and that should happen at the same time that IRCC is given notice of the CJ's decision, if no formal notice is received by mail (assuming address information is correct and current) in the next little while, at the least that would indicate approval was likely. No guarantee, but likely.

However, that does not mean IRCC will for sure schedule you for the oath: IRCC could still appeal the CJ's approval.

Thus:
-- It is possible this means you are approved and you will receive notice to attend oath any day, or it could take awhile to be scheduled for the oath.
-- It is possible you are approved by the CJ but IRCC appeals, in which case you should receive notice of IRCC's appeal (but this could take awhile, another month or so).
-- It is possible approval was denied by the CJ, in which case you should be receiving notice of that any day.

Based on your observations, what would you make of an applicant that was issued an RQ getting Decision Made on their status?
I'm guessing that if the CO was not satisfied with the information provided in the RQ, they would move the decision to a CJ and not mark it as Decision Made?

Thanks!
