what does appliction accpeted mean ???

It means that VFS has accepted your applicant and It has been sent to Canadian High commission/consulate for processing. When you'll get mail or text from CIC that your study permit has been approved. that's the visa

Almost.

Accepted is not the same as approved. So far it is correct.

You will find out eventually if your application is approved or rejected.

If approved you receive your study permit at POE , but only IF you can convince the POE officer that you will follow and obide the rules and leave Canada when you have graduated.

I spoke with one of the vac agent and they sad it means that is been processed . Once we receive email says that the application
Is approved and that approval letter attached with it , then we can say that the we got the visa

I got a call from vsf saying that my passport is ready and will be dispatched by courier to me.. but nothing else... why do u think it means? in terms of accepted r not>
