What does all does a visa officer check for study permit?

What does the Visa officer need to approve my study permit other than acceptance letter and proof of funds? Do they also look over my highschool diploma and transcripts or is that just the college? I want to be sure if I need additional copies.

They look at everything that is on the checklist of documents to be provided, along with your statement of purpose.

What's the checklist?
So far I've just seen
Acceptance letter
Finacial proof,
Statement of purpose
But not High school diploma
Is that just for the university only, the diploma?
