what does 2nd line update signify ?

I am a sep 14 applicant, my 2nd line was updated to "we have started processing ur applicationon Feb 11"... Does that mean they started doing the back ground checks ? I have not received any mail after my per mail...plz advise Seniors...

You will get the MR request in upcoming weeks.

Thanks bro...have been waiting for quite a while...no communication from VO yet..

But I sent some updated docs...to add my new born child to the application...and my new passport details and our pcx even before they sent the MR mail...hope that is not delaying the application...

When they updated my 2nd line on Jan 25th, they sent an email requesting Police report and medicals within 2-3 weeks.

once I was done with my medicals, they updated the third line saying "Medical has been received"

Now waiting on FBI report to sent it to VO.

you should be getting emails from them requesting medicals/Police reports, they don't take this long for that, please check your junk email or send them a email asking for status.

They gave me two months (in your case it could be until April 11th) to submit all the required documents.
