What does 2 or more degree/diploma means?

Hello there,

I have done bachelors of commerce (H) from Delhi University SOL and graduated in 2018 and side by side did Diploma in Computer Applications from Annamalai University and graduated in 2018 will it be considered as 2 or more degrees?

Exactly.
You have a degree + a diploma.
Of course, both of them need to be assessed with a Canadian equivalency (ECA) for it to count.
