Hi everyone I need an urgent answer

I want to apply for trv for tourism purpose I want to know what documents to submit

1. I'm 27 now but will turn 28 October 2020 hope my age doesn't matter?

2. I currently work in a bank as a credit analyst since 2013 to date

3. I have 2 registered businesses in my home country Nigeria

4. I have 3 landed property to my name

5. I got married 6 months ago no child yet

6. I have a family business which I overseas. can submit the documents?

7. I currently have 26,000 cad. is it enough for 6 days trip?

8. I want to go to stay in either Alberta or New Brunswick. are they good for tourism?

9. I want to apply in January 2020 no leave letter to submit yet but my leave is always in the month of March, I have previous leave letters I intend to write a letter of explanation to Visa officer that I don't have my leave approved letter as at the time I applied but always falls in March every year. Can it be accepted by the Visa officer?
I can also provide previous leave approved letters as a strong proof that I have my leave in March every year. Can it be accepted?

10. The reason why my wife will not be accompanying me to this trip is that she's looking after my business because she works for me. Will the visa officer be okay with that?

11. I will get a recommendation letter from my employer I have my pay stubs

With all this which documents what should I add or remove more importantly I need answers to those questions.

Thanks waiting for your reply

I think so.

2. I currently work in a bank as a credit analyst since 2013 to date
+ Labor Contract or Position Confirmation (mentioned you are an indefinite staff of the company)
+ Letter of your employer allows you to leave for traveling purposes.

3. I have 2 registered businesses in my home country Nigeria
+ Certificate of business registration.
+ Tax payment for at least 3 months period recently

4. I have 3 landed property to my name
+ Certificate of Land Ownership.
+ Any trustful evidence evaluates the value of your Land.

5. I got married 6 months ago no child yet
+ Marriage certificate.

6. I have a family business which I overseas. can submit the documents?
If you have it.

7. I currently have 26,000 CAD. is it enough for 6 days trip?
More than enough. As long as you have evidence to prove where was that amount of money comes from. By saving from your monthly salary, by profit from your business, from your company reward, from selling your property...

8. I want to go to stay in either Alberta or New Brunswick. are they good for tourism?
As long as you have a specific and reasonable travel plan. Declare: Where you will visit? What will you do? Where you will stay? How long will you stay?

9. I want to apply in January 2020 no leave letter to submit yet but my leave is always in the month of March, I have previous leave letters I intend to write a letter of explanation to Visa officer that I don't have my leave approved letter as at the time I applied but always falls in March every year. Definitely not.

10. The reason why my wife will not be accompanying me to this trip is that she's looking after my business because she works for me. Will the visa officer be okay with that?
Will you feel ok to leave your wife at home to work for you while you go to travel to another country?

11. I will get a recommendation letter from my employer I have my pay stubs
Really need this.

Add Bank statement of your personal account.

Should be applied on paper. The online system forced you to cut down your support documents.

Thank you so much

I have never travelled to any Visa required countries, does it matter?

Could be. That's why they want you to submit your travel history. At least your profiles were checked by them before Canada did it again.
It also depends on the rates of people come to Canada and go back to their country.
I think you should register for a tour to Canada from your country. It can't make sure you can get the visa but at least your purpose to visit Canada is clearer and truthful
