What documents do I need to prove my 1 year of work experience in India for CEC

Do you have an employment letter? As per website below…nothing about cash salary.
The following documents are mandatory for each work experience declared:
- a reference or experience letter from the employer, which
- should be an official document printed on company letterhead (must include the applicant’s name, the company’s contact information [address, telephone number and email address], and the name, title and signature of the immediate supervisor or personnel officer at the company),
- should indicate all positions held while employed at the company and must include the following details: job title, duties and responsibilities, job status (if current job), dates worked for the company, number of work hours per week and annual salary plus benefits; and
I'm am sure what NOC I worked under can anyone tell me looking at my job duties. I worked as an inspection supervisor and below are my job duties:
-Supervise staff of direct labor employees to perform assembly and manufacture of specified products
-Report repeated issues to supervisors and other departments, collaborating to identify issue roots and rectify problems
• Communicate with production team members about quality issues
• Perform visual inspections and non-destructive tests where appropriate .
-Collect production samples regularly and perform detailed quality inspections.
-Assure consistent quality of production and suggest improvements to daily functionality Evaluate coming materials for quality and amounts ordered.
-Repair equipment to keep jobs moving smoothly, informing maintenance department of major machinery failures..
-Monitor production processes to gain understanding of problematic steps and rectify issues.
-Report production malfunctions to managers and production supervisors.

Ask your company if they can provide on their letterhead mentioning your salary and that you are paid in cash, signed by CEO. Hope this helps.
