What documents do I have to courier to CIC after medical checkup

Hi guys

I just had medical checkup done for my wife spousal family sponsorship.

I wanted to know if I have to courier the reports back to Sydney (NS). If i do what documents should be sent back to them?

you are only required to do the medical exam and further action......and its the medical physician responsibility to send the medical exam results to IRCC......refer medical request letter.
