Can anybody advice me that with pcc application form what the document should be attached because i am going to apply for it . my friend said that they will required only original passport & fee of rs. 300/-

Also, On the website it is stated that
A set of three completed Personal Particulars Form if the applicant has not stayed at the present address for the last one year
But they ask you for these forms anyways so better carry those as well.
Proof of address (attach one of the following):
Applicant’s ration card,
certificate from Employer of reputed companies on letter head, water /telephone /electricity bill/statement of running bank account/Income Tax Assessment Order /Election Commission ID card,
Gas connection Bill,
Spouse’s passport copy, parent’s passport copy in case of minors.
(NOTE: If any applicant submits only ration card as proof of address, it should be accompanied by one more proof of address out of the above categories).

Go to regional passport office situated a RK Puram, Delhi
Need to submit miscellaneous services form(Rs. 5/-) + your passport + fee of Rs.300/- at counter no. 12.
Later you can take back your passport on the same day around 1:00pm to 1:30 pm OR 4:30 to 5:00PM from the same counter.
