What document need to show hours....

Hello

With application... What document is required for showing hours? Is it ROE( record of employment) or some thing else. My employer said she can't produce a ROE while we r currently working. She can give one whrn we stop working for some reason like going back to school or got fired or quit..

I'm not sure which class your applying under but for Canadian experience class you will need reference letter from employer
I personally dont think that you need to show the TOTAL NUMBER OF HOURS but showing it per week in reference letter will suffice. Seniors Am I correct?

I am applying under CEC.. If they don't require any document showing no. Of hours.. How Immigration officer could decide whether the applicant has enough hours or since what time he is working whether full time or part- time... in a refernce letter there is no solid evidence about hours..

That's is what is expected from the reference letter. If your letter does not contain that, then try to submit paystubs or something els which shows the no of hours..

Your letter needs to state
" Mona has worked at XXX, her job title being XXX. In full time capacity of 37.5 hours drawing a salary of $200,000.
from Jan xxx to dec xxx.
Her job duties include .. (most of the employer may not fill the job duties)
If u are unable to furnish a job duty letter... write a cover letter explaining y ur weren't able to get it and attach the letter to ur application

Agreed with Winterfox. The letter should state what fulltime employment means for that particular employer. My letter for instance, says worked from DATE to DATE - fulltime: 35hrs/week.

Also, I included my pastubs that list all hours worked. Alternatively, they could calculate based on taxes as well.
