What do you guys think of "work-at-home" jobs?

I personally hate the concept of work at home. Home is a place where you relax and spend time with family. Too many people are bringing work at home and this is resulting in wife and kids being neglelected. Not to mention health and relaxation. This whole work at home takes a toll on the family. Work is work and home is home, and there is a good reason to keep it separate. Its sad that in the 21st humans have still not been able to keep a balance between home and work life.

No there is really no schedule. Thats the whole point of working from home

There is vacation just like you would normally apply for in any job. The only difference is you are working in the comfort of your own home
