What do IRCC investigate after passport submission ?

I submitted my passport February 24 and waiting for... but my question is what things do the visa officers investigate after the PPR ?

didn't they already investigate all the shitts in the previous steps ?

They do not investigate usually, unless they find out that you have deportation or any surprise stamps in your passport they will simply put the visa counterfoil and return to you.

verify its a real passport. verify the information on it such as your name and passport number and expiry date. verify your travel history matched the one declared. verify any cancelled visas/deportation.
