Do you think I should include the fire report from the house fire?
Yes. It won't add many pages to your application, but it is solid proof that what you said happened actually did. So often when reading immigration appeal records, I see the visa officer or the person hearing the appeal saying things like: "The applicant claims that ...", "The appellant says that ..., but there is no proof.", etc.

We're common law applicants and we're including:

-Our emails to each other
-Emails with others discussing the relationship, and emails between my partner and I and others (making plans etc).
-Facebook pages and pictures with comments of our friends. Some photos posted by us, others by third parties.
-Lease and lease renewal
-Proof of insurance beneficiary (life and extended health)
-joint home insurance
-2 statutory declarations of CL union made by friends/colleagues
-9 letters of support
-Photos of holidays, vacation, gatherings with family and friends, us around the house or doing other things together
-Bank records -joint account and transfers to and from one another's individual accounts
-Phone records
-Tickets, receipts and other proofs of activities undertaken together.
-Proof that my first marriage is over -divorce papers etc.
-Our own statutory dec of CL union using CIC's form (I have heard of this being requested from Buffalo so we're sending it out of an abundance of caution)
-Proof of my Spanish lessons (I am learning his mother tongue).
-Cards and notes
-Some mail addressed to me showing that I was living at my partner's apartment (I moved in with him for a few months before we signed a lease on a new place together), his lease, etc.

I think that's everything.
