Hello everyone please help me. i am in Canada on study permit. I am applying my parents visitor visa through new IRCC portal. My grandfather passed away very long ago and we have no birth and death records of my grandfather.Now what date of grandfater birth and death i put, in my dad's profile. please share your experience if anyone face same problem. thank you

Then do a best guess and include an LOE explaining that you don't know the exact dates.
