Hi,please help me what country acknowledge my certificate of divorce made in Canada. I'm a former Filipino and I got divorce after I am Canadian citizen. I want to marry my Filipina GF in Philippines but folks informed me to do it outside the country as I cant marry in Philippines until my divorce not been recognize, any suggestion where i can have my 2nd wedding w/o any hassles?
