Hello, please i need someone to explain to me what this means. I checked my cic account and this is what I saw

Application status : A final decision has been made. Please see final decision below
Review of eligibility : Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start reviewing your eligibility
Medical results: you passed the mesical exam
Background check : Your background check was completed
Final decision : Blank

It has been like this for a week now. Anyone with any explanation? . Thank you

I submitted my passport while applying at the vfs and yes the final decision tab is empty. I have no idea what the final decision is

Oh, don't worry, I think your case is approved and somehow it just don't display properly. How about the outside before you click on "check stat and mess". Does it display as "Approved"?

No it doesn't. It still says submitted . I am starting to think this might be an error because my review of eligibility still says my application is in progress

It could be. Can you contact them, or at least send an email to CPC Ottawa to double check?
