This is still debatable, if they consider work exp in PGWP before the actual convocation/graduation date or not. My suggestion is to consider the work exp after graduation date + done on PGWP, i.e. in your case after 25th June. Also calculate the days you went on vacation unpaid, that will not be counted as eligible. For example, if you get 2 weeks of paid holidays VO is going to consider only 2 weeks out of 1.5 month vacation. When you get your HR letter which indicates how much you worked, make sure you have 52 weeks in which you worked 30 hours or more per week. Also to be on the safe side, apply after June 25, 2013. It's only 3 weeks between June 1 and June 25. If you must absolutely apply on June 1, you can ask university for a letter indicating that you completed requirements for the degree on or before June 1, 2012. By the way, since you got PGWP that day, it means you submitted the application for it much earlier and attached a document for CIC to accept that you completed your degree. Eligible vacation days (as benefits) are mentioned in job/employment letter. In mine and some other they were for sure. To me 1.5 months seems too long vacation to be paid. I myself travelled on unpaid leave but made sure to give extra weeks just in case VO doesn't consider that as work exp.vijayarr said:@ pmpm: How can VO even find out if it's a paid vacation or not?
