What could be a legit reason for urgent processing?

on the cic website it says

• needing Canadian citizenship to:
  • apply for a job
  • avoid losing your job
  • go to a Canadian school, college or university
• needing to travel because of death or serious illness in your family and you can’t get a passport in your current nationality
• receiving a successful Federal Court decision on an appeal on a previous application for citizenship

the last two, I get it. But most likely when people apply for it I think they request urgent processing because of the first reasoning.
and then, I was thinking, If to apply for a job is one of the reason for urgent processing, is it like:
Example 1)
A positions deadline is on June 9th of 2022, (see this post is posted on June 7th of 2021). and it requires the person to be a Canadian Citizen, and I am trying to apply for the job. Can this be one of the reasons for urgent processing?
Question 1)
This question is about 1-2 (Avoid losing your job), what would be the cases that you would LOSE a job, because you are not a Canadian Citizen?
Example 2)
Same logic to Example 1,but why would it say "needing Canadian Citizenship to go to a Canadian School, college or university"? I believe that you can go to Canadian University or school without a citizenship. you can go to Canadian university or school if you are a international student, or a PR.

if you can, can you please share what was your reasoning for urgent processing?

If you want to apply based on that first bullet, experiences on this forum indicate you must be the selected candidate and have a job offer letter from the employer that specifically indicates you need citizenship in order to accept the job offer. Simply applying for a job doesn't appear to cut it.

For the second bullet, let's say your employer will need you to start traveling for your job to the US (for example) and the current passport or status you hold makes that very difficult. An example of this may be someone who was a refugee claimant and doesn't hold a valid passport of any kind.

I don't know what an example would be of needing citizenship to attend school. Maybe someone else will know.

That may or may not be the experience of the people on this forum. But we have to take official communications at face value. It only says "needing Canadian citizenship to APPLY for a job", not to ACCEPT a job offer, which are two different things. If CIC states the former, but means the latter, it reflects very badly on them in terms of the precision of communication and transparency.
