What colleges in Canada are good for a Photography Diploma

I intend to go to Canada in september to study Photography for 2 years and thereafter obtain a work permit and apply for PR. However I'm confused as to what colleges are good for the program I want to study, in terms of what equipment the school has, quality of teaching and environment, exposure and networking potential. I already applied to Humber college in Toronto but it's taking a while to get an offer letter and I'm thinking of applying to another college as backup. I'd be grateful if I could get any suggestions.
