what CLB level does ielts listening score 7 equal?

From the Language testing – Federal skilled workers site, we can see ielts listening score 6 equals clb 7, and score 7.5 equals clb 8. Could some one tell me what CLB level ielts listening score 7 equal? Much appreciated.

I'm intended to apply under FSW category, skill level A. I'm a little confused about the language requirement & I'm not sure if I'm eligible to apply or not. So, Could you please help!!

Here is my IELTS results:

Listening: 6.5
Reading: 6.5
Writing: 6
Speaking: 5.5

Overall score: 6 (which is equivalent to CLB level 7)

Please confirm am I eligible to apply with this score or not?

You are not, yours speaking is below 6.
They don't look at the overall score.

Listening:
IELTS 6 - 4 points in application,
IELTS 7,5 - 5 points in application,
IELTS 8 - 6 points in application,
so for IELTS mark 7 you get 4 points.
You have it all explained in CIC web site, read first and then ask, no need to waste people's time on elementary data such as this.
