I am new on this forum. I would like experts out there to advise on my IELTS test score below. I am applying under the Federal Skilled Worker Programme for 2013.
Listening: 7.5
Reading: 7.5
Writing: 7.0
Speaking: 6.0

Overall: 7.0

Question 1: What CLB points out of the first official language, maximum 24 points, would I be awarded based on these IELTS scores? is it 16 or 21?
Question 2: Did I meet the minimum CLB Level?
Question 3: What is my CLB Level? Am I 7 or 8?

I earnestly wait for a response as all my documents are ready to submitted.
