What can I expect from Consualte General of Canada, Chandigarh ?

Hello Readers,

I had applied for visa under Study permit general category on 16th October 2012. My passport is still under processing and 40 days have passed away so far.

My profile is: Univeristy of Ontrio - MEng, IELTS - 7, Upfront medical receipt attached and all other mandatory conditions fulfilled.

After this much long time frame, What can I expect ? Is it normal during this period ?

It is not possibal to say for status but it is really in process and VO is very slow due to order of canadian goverment because now a day canada doen't except new file and doen't tell any kind of information regarding to processing file it will be say only we can't say..so i think in december VO release the visa..but not sure..

But we have to think positive....
