I had applied for visa under Study permit general category on 16th October 2012. My passport is still under processing and 39 days have passed away so far.

My profile is: UOIT - MEng, IELTS - 7, Upfront medical receipt attached and all other mandatory conditions fulfilled.

After this much long time frame, What can I expect ?

Your file is under processing. Usually, initial response can be received within 15 days. But, it can take more time due to various factors.
