What does this mean?.

To be issued a sin which is a requirement to work in Canada, your study permit must have either of these conditions. If it doesn’t and you meet the requirements to work, you need to contact IRCC to get your conditions updated. What was your port of entry?

  • May work 20 hours per week off campus or full-time during regular breaks if meeting criteria outlined in paragraph 186(v) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations.
  • May accept employment on or off campus if meeting eligibility criteria, per paragraph R186(f), (v) or (w) and must cease working if no longer meeting these criteria.

what the emails stated:
Good day,

Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

We’re experiencing a high volume of requests, so our response may be delayed. We’ll respond to your inquiry as soon as possible.

So you want to be a stripper? Your study permit, which allows you to work part time on and off campus, is saying you can’t work as a stripper.
You could still work at Tim Hortons, a grocery store, etc. just not in a strip club.

The OP said that the stripper stuff is the only thing mentioned on the permit. Didn't say if it had the normal paragraph R186(f), (v) or (w) part. If it doesn't then the OP will have to file for an ammendment of the conditions on their permit to work on or off campus.
