Instead of looking for five reasons for rejection why can't you look for reasons that will make the officer give you your visa? Be positive my friend and pray so you can get if that is what you want for your life.

Yes Look at the positive reasons.
I see that 4131's are in problem for the higher demand of their score to IO's.
for all the biggest problems are:
1. if your relative from whom you have claimed points is on Social Aid in Canada.
2. Fake Papers.

where it states that if you have moderate at IELTS they will reject your case? I know if you have 67 points or above with moderate at IELTS(8 points) there will not be any problem.

its not written anywhere, but arlnr is facing a possible rejection with all moderate scores in IELTS. he is from 4131 though. This is a new ploy by CIC to reject applicants and lessen the backlog.

Surely they have to pass them, coz they have rejected people with 82 points for lower IELTS score. if that they had done to a 4131 applicant in India, they must pass people with 66 points but has full 16 in IELTS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

2.Medical grounds.Even IF one member of the family whether migrating or not "will be a burden on tax payers money" ie govt will have to spend money on him/her after landing in Canada.
3.Fake documents.
4.Misrepresentation/hiding of facts.
5.Occupation/ job description not matching or not in demand or REACHED CAP.
6.Relative in Canada is on financial support and you are CLAIMING POINTS.
7.If you are married and called for interview, spouse NOT accompanying you for interview.Visa officer will ask to get appropriate documents like divorce cert/separation certificate.
8.Inability to show sufficient settlement funds.
9.Not getting PCC.It may delay or cancel your application becoz Few countries do not give pcc
10.Application pending: marital dispute? then till matter not solved application wont be considered.
11.Child custody problem.If couple is divorced and custody of the child is with the partner who is migrating then legal consent from ex spouse is required to take child to Canada.
12.Few countries (MUSLIM COUNTRIES) allow male member to marry many females and if this chap wants all of them to be taken to Canada .NOT SURE ABOUT THIS???

14.Not providing clarification on the information provided by him.
15.Not replying to his queries with in stipulated time.
