One of my friend is worried about his medical test since he almost regularly takes medicine to help him sleep ( under prescription from doctor in India) and thinking of not declearing it . since he dont have the pescription with him right now...what are possible consequences?
Or should he say the doctor about the truth and mention that he dont have the prescription..

Blood test
Urine
Chest xray
at last the doc checks you with his stethoscope.

HIV+ is the most common problem that can be a hindrance in med test.

He has to tell the doctor about any major problems related to his health. Not required to tell each and every medication. No need to disclose common medication frequently taken for head ache, cough, cold, body pains, allergies, stomach upsets, etc . But if medicines are taken regularly according to prescription for hypertension, Diabetes, Asthma, heart disease ...etc..should be explained to the doctor.

Normally Chest X-Ray, Urine analysis, CBC and serology tests are done for medical by DMP.
