Hi all,
My brother law completed express entry profile (439 points) and then received an email from OINP for PNP offer. We live in Alberta...so he prefers to settle in Alberta....has anyone refused a PNP offer? if so, does this mean he will not get future invitations? He thinks that if he accepts the OINP offer, he won't be "visible" to other provinces PNP (for those that access the EE database)....what are your thoughts? Sorry, I have posted similar questions in 2 other threads...just hoping for some info
I also don't want him to 'milk' the system...if he accepts OINP I expect him to land / look for work / settle in ON for at least a year or so....if he finds it too expensive to live there, then he can move to Alberta and live with us while he looks for work here...
Final question...if he is in a contract in his current country, can he land within the required timeframe, return to his current country and finish the contract there before coming back to Canada (contracts are usually min 2 years)?
Thank you so much in advance
C.
