What are the requirements for Express Entry via the Ontario PNP?

Hi,

Since I am quite new for this program, I need some information.
Here are my short facts:

• I will be graduated bachelor degree on June 2017.
• Already have (NOC B) job where I am currently working as part-time during full-time student. (Worked since March 2016).
• Manager is willing to offer me full-time position after I graduate.
• He also said able to support Nominee from OINP as international student stream.

Based on this facts, I have questions:
1. What are the requirements for submit PR application as Express Entry via the Ontario Provincial Nominee Program? (Work Experience? Education? Language exam? etc.)

2. Do I still need 1 year work experience after I graduate? (or can I just apply EE via the Ontario Provincial Nominee Program after get Nominee from OINP based on my fact?)

3. Express Entry via the Provincial Nominee is different from Express Entry via the FSW & CEC, right? (I am keep confused.)

4. Is there question that I can choose either go with Provincial Nominee stream or FSW & CEC stream when I create EE profile or apply for PR?

I have a question with #2.
First of all, I know I don't qualify for CEC. (I am not into CEC now).
In CIC, it states "at least one year (1,560 hours total / 30 hours per week), continuous full-time or an equal amount in part-time."
It never said ONLY the continuous full-time.
Will the part-time I worked during visa student counted as well for FSWP? (I am continuing in same job after I graduate)

Additionally, I have question from #1.

This only talk about FSWP and CEC program, but I want go with PNP (PROVINCIAL NOMINEE PROGRAM) - Federal one. (I am planning to apply without work experience, no language exam, only go with job offer) - http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/prov-apply-application.asp

^ I'm not as familiar with part-time work as a student in FSWP--maybe others can contribute. But I am guessing no because it was Canadian work experience and thus does not qualify in CIC's definition.

There is no "federal provincial nominee program". "federal" and "provincial" are opposite things.

You did not say which province, so again I am guessing you are referring to Ontario's International Student with Job Offer PNP.
