What are the full requirements for Express Entry? Am I eligible to apply?

Hi,

I'm a bit confused on the requirements for Express Entry - Skilled workers program.

I have filled 2 evaluation forms and received a different score, I'm not sure which one is correct.

Evaluation forms I filled:
1. I filled Express Entry CRS Calculator from this site
2. crs-tool from cic site (I can not add the link)
* In any of the forms, I wasn't requested to fill my NOC number.

I'm a single 34 years old, QA team leader with 7+ years experience, I have a Bachelor degree in Biotechnology Engineering.
I have never worked or studied in Canada and I don't have any relatives there (not first degree).
From What I see I have to receive at least CLB 9 in the English Exam (I don't know French)

Does it sound true? Do I need to score so high in the English exam?

Thanks in advance
Anabel

You want to aim to have at least 450 point to have a good shot at being selected.

Thanks for your answer.

Unfortunately, with BSc, I can't score 450.

There is a big different in the calculated score from this site and from the official Canada's site - cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-who.asp

Does anyone know how is it possible?

Thanks

Score full marks in IELTS
Learn French it's easy and worth ...
Get experience or ms if u need 450 ...
It's not impossible but tough
If possible study in Canada ..Which is the easiest way for PR
