what are the current average processing times for minors replacement citizenship card

my son is in China and his passport is expiring in 3 months. I lost his citizenship card so I have to replace it to renew his passport so I can renew his visa.

If I send in the application now with urgent service, what's the wait time.

I am well aware that normal process time is 8 to 9 months normally but I am using urgent service. application will be ups to nova Scotia from China.

do you guys think I can get it in 2 or 3 months time? if not, he will be illegally in China.

pls dont link me to the Canada processing time website, I've already been there. I'm looking for advice or cases I can compare to.

Processing times for everything are significantly delayed due to the pandemic, so no one can really give you advice and comparing to other cases is pointless.
