What are the chances?

Hi members,
Just applying from Express Entry profile and main applicant will be my wife with Eca and Ielts done.
Our Crs is 395 with having two works of skilled experience.
My query is:-
Is there any chances to get ITA from SINP?
As I have real sister living there as a Citizen.
2 years of skilled work under NOC
But salary was in cash " can easily avail pay slips and appointment letter and reference letter also with income tax return"
My SINP score is above 70.
Any chances? Please reply

Once she gets another year of skilled work experience that should increase your CRS score by 12 or 25 points (depending on whether her IELTS scores are all above CLB 9). If she's not at CLB 9 (IELTS band 7 with an 8 in listening) then that should be your first goal.

And what about salary she's getting cash in hand but with salary slips that indicates "she's being paid by the employer in cash"
