My mom is almost 70 years old. She is here on Super Visa for more than a year now. She was supposed to go back to Haiti this month but with the situation in Haiti her flight was canceled. With what is happening in Haiti right now I was thinking of applying for H & C for her. In your opinion what are her chances?
