What are the chances of getting visa!!

Hi
I have PG Diploma in Bioinformatics and Bachelor of technology in Biotechnology and 2Yrs of work experience as Quality Analyst in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Company.

I got admission in University of Windsor Master of Management specialization in Manufacturing Management.
What are my chances of getting visa upon shift in the main stream.

I have IELTS 6.5 overall

Individual scores
Listening - 7
Reading - 5.5
Speaking - 7
Writing - 6

Kindly suggest me whether i should apply for visa or not?

i think u chose a good course as per the information u provided i still don't known weather how well u did ur course and other qualifications but u would most probable not get a visa with such low ielts score u must have at least 6 band in each category to eligible for admission as well as getting a visa requirements .
