What are strong home ties?

Hello,

I am applying for a study permit and I have been accepted in Concordia University in the MASc in Electrical Eng program.

I live in Sudan while my parents live in Saudi Arabia. I was wondering how to prove that I have enough ties to my home country.

I have a leave of absence from my job as a researcher in the University of Khartoum and my parents own some properties in Sudan.

Can you please tell me if those documents will be enough or suggest me any additional documents.

If a company offers a letter stating that you are on leave and you will be joining the company again at a higher post after completing your studies in Canada.
Also show your Property documents if possible

Thanks for your reply, I have included both the leave of absence and the properties in my application. However the leave of absence states that I will be reinstated in the same position. Will the fact that my parents are resident in Saudi Arabia complicate things for me? I visit them at least once per year since 2007, will that help my travel history?

how can I show strong ties with my home country? my parents also live in saudi arabia but my siblings have been living in Pakistan. We also hold some property in Pakistan. I dont work.
