Hi All,

For many I might sound stupid but I am little worried and that's why this post.

I am new here and have applying for Visa under Express entry. Might be its little early to ask this question but I want to do some home work before spending money on Visa to check what are my chances to get a good job in Canada.

I have around 6 years experience in the Investment domain (investment banking, stock market research etc....so basically pure investment job and nothing much to do with accounting, etc.). I have a Master degree and CFA certification (very renowned certificate for investment domain). Wondering what is my chance to get a job in Canada. How much time will it take and any ideas about salary band?

Any thoughts/experience would be helpful.

Thanks

Have you searched any of the job boards to see how many results show up? That should give you a fair idea of job market in your field. GOOGLE is your friend.

Thanks for your response.

Well I was searching on LinkedIn and got many results. Didn't search on any Canada job forum yet though. Moreover, Earlier I also found that last time when there was old visa system under my category in NOC, Canada allowed more than 1000 visa which was one of the highest in categories. So that also means they need good people in my category.

My only concern was I am confused should I go for Australia or Canada. Both countries have good jobs for me..so not sure for which one I should go for?

I can't say which country you should go for, do some research. Watch videos on Youtube, look at statistics, and indices, etc. Choose the one that suits you better, good luck.
